1. How long do orders take to arrive?

We ship worldwide from Chiang Mai, Thailand; Standard delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks.
Any order over $150USD will be upgraded, for no additional cost, to DHL Express Shipping (3 - 5 business days). If your order is not over $150USD Express Shipping is available as an option upon checkout for an additional cost.

2. Does my order have tracking and insurance?

All orders have tracking. Express orders are insured at the value of the items being shipped. Standard Shipping products are insured to a maximum value of $40USD as per DHL’s policy.

3. Do you have this product in other colors/size?

If you like a product but would prefer a different color or size, please do not hesitate to send us a message and our sale representative will do his best to satisfy your request.

4. How is your shipping cost calculated?

We are constantly negotiating with our carriers to get the best price we can for our customers.
Our shipping quotation is based on the country of destination and by weight. Standard shipping charges apply for each individual item.

5. Do you offer better price if order in bulk?

We do offer special prices for large orders; please send us a message with relative information,
(Quantities, how often you will order, country of destination, what kind of business), and our sale representative will assist you and provide adapted solution or please visit ethniclanna.com/wholesale for more information.

6. Can you make custom products?

We offer custom made products upon request and on a case to case basis. Contact us by email
and please provide as much detail and information regarding your request to determine the possibility of the project. Accepted custom orders take a minimum of one month to be completed.

7. Will I be charged duty/taxes to import these goods?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to completing your order.

However all the orders we ship are marked as “Gift” when dispatched. If you make a large order there may be some things we can do to help reduce these charges. Please contact us for further information.

8. I will come to Chiang Mai soon; do you have a shop I can visit to buy some of your products?

We do have a showroom in the heart of the old city of Chiang Mai; here is a map and contact:

9. I want to return my order, what is your closest return address?

If you would like to return your order, please contact us by message and our sale representative will provide you with the address of our closest return center. If you have any kind of problem with your order, please contact us prior opening a claim. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will propose a fair and simple solution.
